Yes, we do offer custom scent options for certain products, including our Nourishing Hand & Body Butter, Essential Body Mist, and Ultra Light Massage & Body Oil. This allows you to create a personalized fragrance experience tailored to your preferences. Please note that there is a minimum order requirement of 20 units for each product category if you're interested in a custom scent. This is to ensure that we can accommodate your specific needs and provide the highest quality in both the scent and formulation.
Do you offer seasonal discounts & promotions?
Yes, we do typically at the beginning of a new season, which is the best time to stock up on the products you love, but also offer just because discounts throughout the year.
Do you offer custom packaging and labeling?
Yes, we do offer custom packaging and labeling to help make your products truly unique. For paper cardstock packaging and labels, we can create personalized designs with a minimum order of 20 units. For other types of packaging, such as bottles, cans, jars or specialty containers, we are happy to review your specific requirements and provide a quote based on your wishlist. Please note that there is also a minimum order requirement for these packaging options.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Please note that our subscription period runs from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month. There is a 7-day grace period for a pro-rated refund. If you cancel after the first week of the current cycle, no refund will be issued for the remaining days of the month. However, we will ensure that your subscription is canceled at the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged for the following period.
